For many years I worked for a retailer who had a slogan which made a strong impact on me and how I handle customer service today.
The slogan was "You've got questions, we got answers". You guessed it; Radio Shack was the retailer!
The slogan really stuck with me and got into my DNA.
I approach ALL my customer's inquiries and questions about my shop, a product, or suggestions with the same approach.
While my slogan is not exactly like theirs, the 'concept' is the same.
